The Bible tells us something wonderful about God in just three words: God is love. God does not just love sometimes. Love is who God is!
Think of someone who loves you: your mom or dad, a grandma or grandpa, a big sister or a teacher. Their love is a gift from God, and God loves you even more than they do.
God loves us when we are happy and when we are sad. He loves us when we do well and when we make mistakes. Nothing can stop God from loving us.
God showed His love most of all by sending His Son, Jesus, to be with us and to save us.
When we are kind, when we share and when we forgive, we show other people what God's love looks like.
